All clearance products are made from color stock that we no longer carry. They are still made with the high level of craftsmanship we pride ourselves on, but future color matches might not be possible.
*There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Processing Time:
Due to the endless combination of colors, tips, and attachments most orders are made to order. We generally like to ship within 2 weeks; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship. If you have a rush order please enter the date your order is needed and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you have a wear by date please contact us previous to placing your order to insure we can meet your deadline.
Shipping Time:
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You should receive USPS packages within 3 business days once they ship. Some large orders over 25 pounds are shipped UPS ground. Depending on which part of the country you are in please allow up to 5 business days for UPS packages.
Return Policies
- All returns must have preauthorization before being returned. Please contact us via email or (800)808-5799 before returning items.
- Items must be received unworn and in new condition
- Due to the infinite shades of colors, items may not be returned because they are not an exact color match to the color desired. Due to differences in color settings and monitors, PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON COLORS PICTURED to represent an exact color. Please contact us and we will gladly send you a free color sample.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the orders arrival.
- All 2 color cords and shaker knot cords are made to specific customer specifications are are non-returnable.
- All specialty cords are non-refundable.
- Shipping cost on returned items is the customers responsibility unless Shoulder Cords Unlimited made an error with the order.
Exchange Policies:

- Items returned for exchange must be unworn and in new condition.
- Items returned for exchange must be received within 30 days.
- All 2 color cords are made to specific customer specifications are non-exchangeable.
- All shipping cost on exchanges, including return shipping cost of items exchanged for, will be the customers responsibility. New items will not be shipped until return shipping is paid. Like wise if the items are being exchanged due to an error made by Shoulder Cords Unlimited the return shipping cost will either be; refunded to the original purchase, or a shipping label will be emailed to the original purchaser.
