International Orders

• Overall:
  • Due to the variables involved in international orders, such orders require some additional communication between you and us. Please contact us by email[chad@shouldercords.com] or by phone at (601)425-4558.
  • Due to the amount of additional coordination, the minimum order for all non APO/FPO international shipments is $250.00  
  • A $20.00 document prepration fee will apply to any non- APO/FPO shipment.

• Shipping Information:
  • We can not quote shipping cost until we know the items ordered, destination, and how soon you need your order to arrive. We ship international orders US Postal Global Express or DHS.

• African Nations:
  • Due to the majority of fraud comes from African nations, Shoulder Cords Unlimited will not ship to Nigeria and select other nations in Africa. Please contact us to see if your country is eligible for shipment.

• Payment Information:
  • Preferred payment method is via credit card issued by a US bank or PayPal. We do not add any surcharges to these payments.
  • We also accept wire transfer. We add a $30.00 wire transfer fee to cover our incoming wire transfer cost. This will be in addition to any fees charged by your bank for sending the wire transfer.
  • Orders over $500.00 will only be accepted by wire transfer.

• Duties and Tariffs:
  • Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs.
